If we do not pick up, leave a message with your name, order number, and the best number to reach you, and we will call you back. Email usually gets a faster answer.
Before you write
A few things you can sort out in less time than it takes to email us:
Download link did not arrive. Check your spam and promotions folders first — automated delivery emails land there more often than anywhere else. Still missing after an hour? Email us with your order number and we will resend it.
Where is my order? Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as a package ships. Allow 24–48 hours after that for the carrier to register the first scan.
Cancelling your subscription. Use the cancellation link in your order confirmation or your account page. It takes effect immediately and stops all future charges. Email works too if you would rather we handle it.
Returns and refunds. Our Shipping & Refund Policy covers what is eligible and how long refunds take.
What we cannot help with
We are a study resource, not a clinical service. We cannot answer questions about a specific patient, provide medical advice, or help with academic assignments or exam questions. Please do not send us any patient information.
